We will take an honest look at your business today - what's working, what's not, where your revenue is coming from, and where you're feeling stuck. 

Where you are going:
We'll define what you actually want this business to look like 12 months from now including revenue, offers, clients, capacity, and your role.

What's in the way: We'll identify the real constraint between here and there. Lead generation, your offer or product, pricing, sales, visibility, operations, capacity, or something else entirely.

The strategy: We'll build the priorities, decisions, and next steps that move you from where you are toward where you want to be.

Is this appropriate if I haven't launched yet?

Yes. The intensive is designed for women ready to launch, grow, or get unstuck including those with real expertise and an idea but no viable model yet. We'll work on what will actually move your business forward from where you are.

Is this appropriate for an existing business?

Yes. Whether you've launched but can't gain traction, or you're already generating revenue and have hit a ceiling, the session focuses on the specific gap between where your business is now and where you want it to be.

Can we meet virtually or only in Philadelphia?

Either works. The private 2-hour session can be held in person at the Fitler Club in Philadelphia, or virtually — whichever suits you.

What happens after I purchase?

After purchase you schedule your session and complete the preparation form. Jessi reviews it before the intensive, you meet for two focused hours, a Business Growth Plan is provided, and then you have 30 days of Voxer support.

What does the 30 days of Voxer support include?

For 30 days after your session you'll have Voxer voice-messaging support for implementation, questions, and decisions as you put your Business Growth Plan into motion.
